Official Rules — Take Your Vitamins Tour: Scavenger Hunt

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED OR RESTRICTED BY LAW.

1. How to Participate

To enter the Take Your Vitamins Tour: Scavenger Hunt (“Sweepstakes”):

  • Follow @NaturesTruth on Instagram @Natures_Truth on TikTok and @NaturalVitalityOfficial on Instagram and TikTok for real-time updates
  • On the day of the activation, watch for the official bottle drop announcement (10 bottles)
  • Search your campus for hidden Nature’s Truth® Ashwagandha Gummies bottles
  • All bottles that are found may be kept, but only one contains a Golden Ticket
  • The Golden Ticket must be returned to the on-site booth within the designated time window announced on the day of the event
  • If the Golden Ticket is not redeemed within that window, the prize will be forfeited

2. Eligibility

  • Open to legal residents of the United States who are not (i) employees of Piping Rock Health Products, Inc. and its affiliates, collectively (“Sponsor”) and (ii) student brand ambassadors or other hired by OnCampus Advertising, LLC and its affiliates (the “Marketing Partner”) as part of the #TakeYourVitamins Tour (the “Campaign”) (persons who meet the requirements of (i) or (ii), collectively, the “Released Parties”)
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Must be currently enrolled as a student at the participating college campus must be able to show student ID
  • Void where prohibited or restricted by law

3. Safety Rules and Campus Access

  • Bottles are hidden in safe, public, and accessible areas only (e.g. lawns, quads, benches)
  • Do not climb, dig, or enter restricted buildings or areas
  • Do not tamper with school property or structures
  • Participants are expected to follow all campus rules and student conduct policies while participating
  • Piping Rock is not responsible for injuries or damages incurred during participation

4. Supplement Disclaimer

  • Nature’s Truth® Ashwagandha Gummies are dietary supplements, not medications
  • Do not consume if under 18, pregnant, nursing, or on prescription medication without consulting a health care provider
  • Always read the label and directions before use
  • No purchase is necessary to enter or win. This is a free promotional event

5. Golden Ticket Redemption Rules

The winner who returns the Golden Ticket will receive:

One (1) swag bag filled:

  • One (1) official Take Your Vitamins Tour hat
  • Two (2) NT Melatonin 12mg Gummies
  • Six (6) NV Calm Raspberry Lemon Gummy Sample Packs

Total estimated retail value: $160 USD
Limit one (1) prize per campus

To redeem the prize:

  • The Golden Ticket must be physically presented at the on-site booth
  • Redemption must happen on the same day as the bottle drop, within the posted time window
  • No digital submissions will be accepted — this includes:
    • Photos
    • Digital messages
    • Scans or copies of the ticket
  • If the Golden Ticket is not redeemed in time, the prize will be forfeited

6. Consent and Publicity

  • By participating and accepting the prize, winner agrees that Piping Rock and its brands may use their:
    • Name
    • Photo
    • Likeness
    • Statements
  • Usage may be in future promotional content, email, or social media
  • No additional compensation will be provided, unless prohibited by law

7. Additional Terms

  • Piping Rock reserves the right to:
    • Cancel, modify, or end the event at any time for safety or logistical reasons
    • Disqualify any participant suspected of tampering, cheating, or violating the rules
  • Participants assume full responsibility for their conduct
  • Sponsor is not responsible for lost or damaged tickets, technical issues, or miscommunications
  • All decisions made by the Sponsor are final and binding
